On short notice ... Jimco was closed but took me in ... they did an excellent job of fixing a runner and straightening a bent bracket on my boat trailer ... they made sure the bearings were greased and replaced one ... great price and fast work ... Thank-you Jimco!

It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.

Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :)
