There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. Rick and his team were able to fix my air conditioner without it costing a fortune. And as far as getting my breaks done. He always has the best price and workmanship. Thanks so much Rick !

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

I was very pleased to have my car serviced at Richards Auto Clinic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about any issue for your specific make and model of car. They also give great advice to get the most out of your vehicle and are able to answer any questions you may have. I trust the work that was done and my car is running better than ever. Honest and trustworthy. Two things hard to find in this industry. Max and Andrew and their team are knowledgeable, and will tell you straight up what needs to be done, what should be done and what can wait. Their prices are reasonable and they even have WiFi and coffee in their comfortable waiting area. Very satisfied with my experiences here and will return.

Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
