Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. Louis is phenomenal. He may appear a bit gruff at first, but if you are a loyal customer, you wont regret it. He is honest and will try and get you the best deal. He knows cars and is always helping me out of a jam with my car.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I get my vehicles sprayed there every year. Their product gets into all the cracks and crevasses and does not drip off. You are in and out quick because an entire team works on your vehicle.

I am very happy with the services I received from Doug and Steve. I brought in my Kia Sportage and they did an amazing job installing the replacement engine.
