There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. After a 12 hour night shift and terrible weather, SOS towing was the only tow that was able to get me out of the ditch and on my way home. The driver was incredibly kind and quick not to disrupt traffic. The driver made sure I was safe and warm and ensured my vehicle was safe to drive. I can't thank you enough for your kind service!

Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.
