I just wanted to rate my experience with McNeil's towing. We had a little mishap on Friday morning in Elmsdale and the gentleman who came to tow us out of a ditch was absolutely fantastic. Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. Because of him I’ll drive past closer stores just to shop here. What ever you paying Sam double it!

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Bicycle Thief last night. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal after the order was taken. Totally unable to have any conversation during our wait (noisy).
I had ravioli that consisted of 8 pieces of ravioli in a sauce for $21.00 so I left feeling hungry. The waitress did the best she could but I will never go back or take anyone with us.

I strongly recommend giving them a call. My water heater failed and they installed a new one for me, the next day, and $200 cheaper than the competition! Very friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond for me at no extra charge.
