Everybody in the company are polite and maintain good work etiquette at the office. They are known for Very good cars, reasonable price and friendly customer service. It was about 10PM and I didn''t know how to drive this car rented from Xceed. THe owner of Xceed and one of his staff even sit on the car with me coaching me to drive it for 9km from the cllision centre to a Gas Station! I appreciate their excellent services very much. Their warm service made me feel much better after I got a car accidence. And their staff even answered my call after 0:00Am that day when I got the car accidence! Thank you Xceed Car Rental!

I was involved in an accident few weeks back and I was referred to Vaughan Car Rental by the tow truck. My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle. He was very courteous, first time I got called sir and I'm only 20. Lol. If you ever have any issues I would say talk to this guy first before anyone else. He's very pleasant to deal with. Do call him!

Good guys they helped me out a lot insurance wanted me to pay and they would send me a cheque he waited and took the money right from the insurance company leaving me with one less worry. Just make sure you fill the tank or its 20 bucks a quarter tank for a small vehicle but still better then anywhere else. Will definitely go back
