My truck broke down in the middle of nowhere outside of Lloyd (I was only passing through). By the time the tow truck was able to come get me and take me to the garage in Lloyd, all of the rental agencies were closed. I happened to call Trucar on the off chance that someone was still in the office and they have an after hours service that is incredible. They came and picked me up and rented me a car after-hours so that I could get out of there! I could not be happier with them!!

Big Load Trailers is the number one choice in Calgary for a few reasons. 1, they have the easiest and best dump trailer rental model I've ever seen. 2, the customer service is the best, always on your side when something happens. Please let the store manager have access to my comments: On Saturday June 20th/20 I was at your store to purchase two patio chairs. I was helped by a fellow named Robin from the garden centre. The help he gave me was terrific. He put the chairs on a cart, pushed them to my car. The two packages were quite large and would not fit in my car as they were. He took the time to cut open each package and put the chair parts in my trunk and they both fit.
He did a fantastic job.

Excellent craftsmanship with a friendly personal service. I’ve had several trucks repaired my the team over at Carstar. Ryan, Gary, and the rest of the folks make sure the work is top notch, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. Last truck I had in for repair, I was sent pictures every few days to keep me up to speed on the progress.

We needed to rent a cargo van on three occasions for the purpose of closing an estate. Discount's service was exceptional on each occasion. Each of the vehicles we rented was in top shape, clean, and suited to our needs. On our last rental, although we had reserved a normal-sized cargo van, we were upgraded to a tall van at the same rate, which was really a great help to us. The staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and informative. The rental rates were reasonable. Much thanks!!

We were happy to find a local company that had such great customer service when we booked the bouncy castle for our son's 2nd birthday party this summer. The staff answering the phone were friendly and helpful and you could tell that they wanted us to plan a great party for our little guy.

I bought my Dodge Journey here. I know that most people say that you should never buy at a dealer because of the pressure and getting ripped off. I used Parkland Party rentals for my wedding this summer! They were amazing to deal with. I had a few last minute changes and they were more then happy to accomodate! I rented a huge tent, tables, chairs, linens and a bunch of other stuff. Will be using them for any future rentals! Thanks again!
