Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

He's very knowledgeable with the company and its products, he didn't sell us what we didn't need, he patiently walked us through the paperworks, and showed us the features of the vehicle with unmatched enthusiasm.
