I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Archie Chung for 30 years. I’ve since brought my husband, my children and my friends and their children. Almost half of the community sees Dr Chung and it’s spreading like wild fire! Had a problem with my A/C unit and a wireless thermostat. I say had a problem, since Bill was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone at no cost!
I had changed out my old thermostat when it died and replaced it with a wireless thermostat and my A/C wouldn't fire up
Called Bill and explained the situation. He was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Turns out the "Y" wire from the thermostat had broken.
If I ever need an HVAC guy ever again, this is the person I will call
