had our awning installed in June 2020, by Steve. very professional and was installed when promised. we have had no issues with either the awning or the manual workings. Yesterday, May 4th 2026, my husband put the awning out too
far, then we couldn't reel it back in. Phoned Steve who talked me through the motions to roll it back. Thank you again Steve for your help!
