We had a very unusual request for our altar space and were on the lookout for someone who would understand the complexity of the project. From the moment we met Rainer, we knew we were in safe hands. He provided us all the details and information on the process, and gave tips on maintaining upon completion. The final product was above all the expectations. Dr. Bystrom is an excellent physician! He is knowledgeable and kind. You may have to wait a bit but worth the wait. Very focused and has no issues referring you to a specialist. For those of us who call him our doctor we are very fortunate.

Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.

Talk about Superior customer service on Oct 28/2019 ! My door closer was broken so Steve send his man down right away at 8 am within 20 minutes a brand new was put in and my door is like new . We just moved my 88 year old Mom to Peachland Oct 2, 2019. She accidentally broke her denture that night. I called and they had me bring the pieces in right away. Moms were complicated and this caring man had them repaired by supper time. Such an amazing office with the friendliest staff. Now mom can actually have a real supper instead of pudding. Thank you so much for the awesome speedy work.
