We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... I can't say enough about how fantastic these guys are. We had Brad and Patrick install a new tub and surround. They took care of every detail. Protected our floors from any debris and did a very thorough clean up job all the way along. Brad is very easy to talk to and nothing is too challenging for him to tackle - thanks guys

I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now. I would highly recommend Reg and R&A - Great service at a great price, friendly too!
