A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.

We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!

While we were waiting for Telus to open we spotted a young lady in The Tbooth Her name was Madhu Tiwari. After chatting with her for a couple of minutes we knew that's where we'd be buying our phones. We are booth 70 and struggle with some of the technology. Madhu patiently answered our questions and got our new phones up and running. She followed up with a text thanking us for our business and offered help with issues, which we have taken advantage of.
