I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. I have been using Albatross Vet for several years now. Called mid day to request some maintenance on a 14 year old garage door that was having some issues closing properly. Brian was able to send a crew later that same afternoon. The crew were very professional & knowledgeable and were able to trouble shoot the issue and get it fixed right the first time and the price was very reasonable. Henry and his sons represent the modern day equivalent of a bygone era where competency, interest, fair play and consistency were the norm to so many of our everyday service during those times. Their garage services our family two collector vehicles as well as a good friend who drives all the way from West Vancouver to have his Subaru Forester serviced twice a year. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. This is the first time we have ever dealt with a RV company, our experience was exceptionally good. As with purchasing anything new like cars houses etc… there are usually some issues (that’s life). We bought a brand new camper from Get-A-Way this spring; we had a couple issues related to the manufacture of the camper. We brought these issues to the attention of the company and they had us return the camper for the required fix /repairs. This was done in a very timely manner and great results.

This company demonstrates the true meaning of “customer service “. I recently had my hot water tank replaced. Their price was $300. less than their competition. They wore booties and put down a large drop sheet that covered my carpet. I’m on my own so it’s important that I feel comfortable with any trades coming into my home. No scruffy, long haired, grubby men here. Also their truck was clean - you can tell a lot about a company from the condition of their vehicle. 5 stars plus!!! Ella

Sid explained clearly the many options that he could make available to us. He gave us a written estimate of three options based on a 30, 40 and 50 year warrantee and outlined the benefits of each. He arrived to do the work at the time he promised and he completed the work on time. The team did quality work, and cleaned up right down to using a magnet to pick up nails. Sid did a quality job for a fair price, and his work demonstrates his commitment to professionalism, honesty and fairness.

Stander Enterprises did an amazing job on our new deck. They installed Aristocrat HydraPressed Porcelain Slabs to our main deck, master deck and deck off one of our kids rooms. They installed this product on a pedestal system over deck space roughly 1400 sq/ft big. It was a large job and the crew at Stander Enterprises absolutely nailed it.
Their communication was fantastic as well as their pricing.
