On Nov. 26 my husband skidded off the road near Dawson Creek, damaging our truck. He was towed to KTS Truck Repair. Steven Reynolds couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend this business, during a very cold snap, I called 11 other plumbers who all told me they were not taking on any new clients as they were already busy, this company immediately attended to a frozen pipe and fixed it.

I had an issue with one of their staff members and the way that they were driving on the road. I made one phone call and was given an apology by the person and told exactly what happened and where the misunderstanding came from. Admittedly, I have not done any business with this company, but if their staff are as thoughtful and courteous as this gentleman was during this phone call, then you should give them your business.
