My water heater blew while I was working on a long weekend and started leaking into my downstairs neighbours apartment. Dave left a family event, was there within minutes and averted a complete disaster. By the time I rushed home from work he had the new heater installed. On a Sunday. On a long weekend. Dude is legit. We've been using Bakos Cleaning for the past few months (at least 12 cleans) and have been very happy with the service they provide for outgoing and incoming rentals. The property has been spotless after cleaning and they are able to handle repairs that inevitably come up with usage. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Just had Black Tusk cutting down multiple trees in difficult locations - very professional, cleaned up nicely afterwards too! We were let down by two other companies but Matt (and Kyle)turned up when he said he would and did what was agreed perfectly. We'll not use anyone else now :-)

Matt did an amazing job on our new addition. Gave us some ideas on how we could save some money when we upgraded our main service. Put a subpanel in the basement, linked our fire alarm system with our new rental suite to bring everything up to code. New kitchen, bathrooms got radiant heated flooring which we just love! He was just a pleasure to work with right from the beginning. Will definitely use again and won't hesitate to recommend.
