HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

The service is excellent, it's kept very clean and organized, the clerks are knowledgeable and the wait times are reasonable - It's the only post office I use.

CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! One thing that I truly liked about this place is the way they explain the things and their customer service simply rocks. I smashed my iPhone 6s screen while hanging out with my buds at my school. Mission repair centre was close to my school so I just took my phone there. I was thinking these guys might charge me arm and leg to replace my iPhone 6s screen but that wasn’t the case. I got my phone fixed in 15 minutes for the price I could easily afford.

Replaced my kitchen and bathroom Taps.Also repaired my leaking toilet .Then he cleaned my kitchen sink drain that was clogged and my main bathroom sink .Work well done and very reasonably priced .I would highly recommend this smaller company and the owner Don was very knowledgeable.
