I ordered an upright freezer via. their website and the process was very smooth. I quickly received an email with a delivery date and estimated time. The cost for delivery was more than reasonable and they removed my old freezer for a minimal cost.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, were friendly, personable, and did not complain, despite having to navigate some horrible stairs to bring the appliance into my unit.
I will definitely turn to Grooves for my future purchases!

I recently purchased a Tylo Hybrid Sauna from Pioneer in London and have been enjoying it very much. Ben (sales) and Ryan (installation) were very courteous and helpful with any questions or problems I had. I would recommend them for anyone thinking of a new sauna.

Great service. The plumber was very engaging and answered all my questions. The replacement was installed with quality craftsmanship. My bathroom was left clean and better than when he started his work. I would use their services again.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule and UNDER budget! Had one small issue after a rain (washed out a small corner) and they completed the fix within a day of my calling them back. Have had zero issues since after many more rains. Looks great and has made our home so much easier to maintain. Thanks Greg, Brad and Jamie!

We contracted with TYDAN to replace our crumbling 75 year old side steps and Patio steps at the same time. The design TYDAN came up with was very original and innovative. The materials used are high quality as is their workmanship. We are very satisfied with the end product and would for sure reuse TYDAN for any future work of similar nature.
