Richard and his team came to my aid in Jan 2018, when my basement garage was flooded. He responded to my SOS right away and analysed my situation. Work began early spring , digging additional trenches putting in drainage where there were problems and he problem solved by methods that were workable .His crew was remarkable ! We have had our roof demossed and treated by a different company many times, but had a bad experience with them last time. Ranger was working on a house on our road. We called up and he came down explained his process and did an estimate that day.
We were very happy with the service. Not only did he do an excellent job, but Mike was a very nice young man with an attention for detail. We loved that he answered all our questions and offered tips on how to get the most out of our roof. Our roof looks brand new.

We saw this company at the Cowichan Home Show and they came by to give us a quote. The salesman spent a good 2-3 hours awnsweing all of our questions about switching from baseboard to ductless. We had a few other quotes but this company was by far the most knowledgable and preofessional. We ended up going with 2 units in our home and they are working fantastic. The installers were great to deal with. We are excited for air conditioning and to hopefully save some money on our hydro bill next year

We needed some renos done last year and hired RTD to do a bunch of upgrades and additions including adding programable thermostats and baseboard heaters, exterior power plugs, exterior light, and interior power plugs. Guys were fast and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone needing electrical renovations.
