Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

We have had our ducts cleaned recently, and it was a great experience. The gentleman who came to our home was professional and brought a positive energy into the house. He was compassionate and respectful of our household, which we truly appreciated.
He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also offered a natural sanitizing option, which was really important to us because we are sensitive to chemicals.

Shirley is not only an excellent graphic designer but she provides first rate service at extremely reasonable prices. We have just started working with her company, but the first project was a complete redesign of our brochure which took many phone calls, emails and remote sessions.
