Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

Recently I visited Salin Acupuncture. For the past few years I had difficulty sleeping. I tried all kinds of different avenues with no success. On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. Absolutely amazing. First off I want to start with that my entire family has purchased from Galaxy. Second the guys in the Courtenay Galaxy are professionals although theyre like family. Danny, Andy, John, Jona, Kevin. Just a solid bunch of guys! They work their butts off to make sure you get approved even if your credit is bad. They make something work. If you get into trouble financially they help you like a brother or father. AMAZING dealership. Wont go anywhere but Galaxy.
