After having our Big Truck break down during the last move from BC causing such a stressful moment . Called up Amber and the crew at Superior Towing. From start to finish these professional folks went above and beyond, safely transporting our sentimental old truck home just before the snowy weather . T - 30°C, my car refused to start at the Superstore parking lot. I called AMA for assistance and they sent in Clarence of Flynn Towing. He was so nice and very understanding. Although the car did not start after boosting he offered to wait for the flat bed truck to deliver the car to AutoTrac - prevent any damage from very bumpy roads due to snow drift and poor snow clearing. Next day, car was towed by very professional ladies from Flynns. Towing service was excellent throughout.

I started my morning at the buttcrack of dawn with a missed flight and locking my keys (as well as my wallet) in my car. It was definitely a crummy start to Easter Sunday. After trying to use a coathanger and a few choice words I threw in the towel and decided to call for help. I figured it was a holiday and a Sunday so I'd be waiting awhile. To my pleasant surprise Rob showed up within 15 minutes after my phone call. He was personable, efficient and professional and I really apreciated it!

Dean is awesome! Nicest guy ever! You are my mom's hero! Thank you for coming to my parents rescue and helping out some tourists in need. All they needed was to get a flat tire changed and he did it for free just to help them out since he was passing by the area. He would not even take payment. Just a genuinely nice guy!

These are the most honest and caring people. They go out of their way to make their clients feel comfortable. I know from experience that they have even gone so far as to transport drivers/families to Grande Prairie or Edmonton at no charge to get them home while their vehicle was disabled.
