Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. Because of him I’ll drive past closer stores just to shop here. What ever you paying Sam double it!

The staff were awesome, kind, sympathetic and made a awful situation a little less awful. The vet gave me great advice, didn't push me to do anything, and was extremely kind to my situation. The vet assistant was amazing with my cat, as he was very aggressive from his pain. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have had Freeman providing me orthotics since introduced by DrBob Stalker, one of Halifaxs leading sports medicine experts. Freeman is a very dedicated long distance runner himself and appreciates first hand the importance of orthotics. In addition, Lisa Wilson (physiotherapist) also recommended Freeman to me and I admire her International marathon experience. They are fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful. I’m new to vaping and I’m not as young as some. But the staff at the Sackville location always answer my questions and NEVER make me feel like I’m annoying and always takes the time with me to be sure I understand. Awesome

i found the people very helpfull and understanding there was a mixup in my script with my son of the same name and when descovered the fix was quick and prof.
