Phil has been very professional and knowledgeable in the time that I have used him. Its been 2 years now and feel he does a great job. Always thorough and generally cautious on his recommendations, which I appreciate. An extra $20 or $30 back on my return is not worth a possible problem down the road. Very thorough but also timely. He has come in to my office to meet and review our taxes, and I have also met at his home office. Would recommend his services.
