Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. My Outlander had a front damage, the whole bumper, lights, grill was ripped off as by a collision with a pick-up truck. They accepted me right away and fixed my car in seven working days. In a meantime I was driving a Dodge SUV a very nice comfy car with lots of feature built in (no complaints). The repair is excellent new and shiny better than before. Good job guys.

Since needing a lower partial and new upper denture, I needed to find myself a good denturist in the Maple Ridge area. And that I did. I can not say enough about the Maple Ridge Denture Clinic. Lino (my denturist)and Faye (the receptionist) went above and beyond in customer service making my visits and experience at the clinic the best it was. I started working with Crystal years ago and was in the best shape of my life. After having my first baby, I decided I needed to lose the baby pounds and get in shape again. Called mid day to request some maintenance on a 14 year old garage door that was having some issues closing properly. Brian was able to send a crew later that same afternoon. The crew were very professional & knowledgeable and were able to trouble shoot the issue and get it fixed right the first time and the price was very reasonable. I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.
