Matt’s Auto Service is the best!!! I was driving to Brockville when it started raining and my windshield wipers stopped working. It was quite scary to be on the 401 without being able to see very well! Matts took me in right away and had my wipers working within minutes after applying plenty of lubricant and using some elbow grease. It was amazing service and I was so relieved! Thank you so much!

I am from Kingston and was able to get referred to Brockville Oral Surgery faster than waiting for an appointment in Kingston. I have had two extractions with two dentists. Both were extremely thorough in explaining the process and the work was done seamlessly. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and professional. I would recommend BOS in a heartbeat! I have left both elderly dogs on medicine & youngsters with energy to burn here & am always pleased with the care that they receive. The dogs’ welfare always comes first. My dogs love to visit here & while I am away I never worry about them. They run right in as if they see it as a great vacation spot! The one rescue dog I had who was frightened of kennel noises got special attention to keep her calm & happy. I have also had my dogs groomed here & they always come out sparkling clean & beautifully trimmed.

I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

Competitive Renovations Inc installed two windows for our cottage on Charleston Lake in September 2023. They did an excellent job! In the end, they also cleaned the work site and removed all the garbage. Staff were very friendly and professionally, from the owner (Cody) to the woman who answered the phone (Mandy?), to the guys on the worksite (Earl, Deric and Rob), everyone was nice and professional. The price was very reasonable. thank you! Highly recommended.

Over the years, Dr. Kim, has made my full dentures and repaired them. he has also replaced my Dads, whom had alzhimers at the time, and he was extremely compassionate with him !
