I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. We had Jury come in and repair our roof where we took out a wall and he did the job at such a reasonable price and it absolutely looks amazing I would recommend Jury to anyone I know what a great guy and super super polite as well he cleaned up after himself and took everything away we are very impressed thanks Jurgen

We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

Their customer service is incredible. We thought our windshield was leaking allowing water into the car but when they took it apart they found handfuls of evergreen needles plugging the drain holes, which caused the rainwater to rise and flow into the heater core. Service tech cleaned it up and never charged us for his time! We highly recommend Insta-Glass!!!
