I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. I wouldn’t go else where and will be returning for all my RV needs thankful for how kind and helpful they are I spoke to 10 different people and no one else helped me like Kendal and the rest of team! Honest, fair, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful and a man of integrity. Rick knows his stuff and will treat you well. He wont sell you anything you dont need. We had one of our fleet trucks requiring service. All locations advised me 3 weeks. Having a truck down is a huge issue for us. Tanya and Abbey we amazing ! they shuffled and found same day service for diagnostics to be done. They were friendly, helpful and so supportive.

I am writing this review today to recommend this dealership, Abbotsford Autoworld, to others. I had a great experience at this dealership and wanted to share to others. Not only where they very knowledgeable with their vehicle they knew exactly what I was looking for and got me into a vehicle I really wanted. They are kind for example offering me and my wife coffee while we waited for the insurance people to arrive. The salesmen they are very enjoyable to talk to as well. Everything was very convenient the finance people and insurance people came write to the dealership and we were out the door with our vehicle in less than an hour! Overall I would recommend these guys to others and I would consider this place the best experience I have had with a dealership.

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. We bought an rv from them. The delamination that was on it, they fixed as part of the price. They through a few extras in at no extra cost. Plus we got the rv for a really good deal. Found the same one on a US site for $2000.00 more and that’s American. I will NEVER go anywhere else for an rv or service. This is The kind of service you dream of and never find. It was more then we could have expected. All I can say is WOW!!!
