I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

They were really great. The staff members are very professional and knowledgeable, but also they had a really nice way of interacting with their clients. Being new to CPAP, I was feeling pretty needy and emotional when I went in, but they took good care of me and made things as easy as possible. I left a poor review just weeks ago but have since found out that their admin person has the poor customer service skills. The rest of their staff are very helpful when you get past the admin. They fixed the issue with the window and told us to call if there was any other problems going forward. They also provided a gift card for our troubles with the admin to a lovely restaurant nearby. I am happy to recommend this business.
