My snowblower won't start. I called the manager Kyle.He suggested something for me to try and get back to him. It didn't work and he came over and solved the problem. Excellent service. Thank you Kyle. I am indebted to you. You averted a lot of stress!

Mikey just did a service call for diagnosing an issue with my home treadmill and it was a d**n delight.
He did preventative maintenance and hung out while I ran. The issue repro'd while he was here; he diagnosed that I needed a part, and then dealt professionally and effectively with my pain-in-the-butt manufacturer on my behalf for parts. He'll be back in a couple weeks to install the parts when they come in.
And ALL his work will be cheaper than their initial diagnostic call. Delightful.
