I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!
