Teresa is truly one of a kind. I have been seeing Teresa for over a year now, taken a few of her classes and she has helped me learn how to help myself. She has helped me learn how to not take the weight of the world on, how to set healthy boundaries, and how to prioritize taking time for myself. Now these all seem like easy things, but they are not. If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. A most enjoyable and rewarding experience.

I love going to this clinic.I would recommend people to go here. I had cervical spondylosis, back and hip issues. Doctors would usually just prescribe pain relievers. Only chiropractic procedures with doctor Carol makes me feel better and relieved. Dr. Carol explains everything well and Neth is very accommodating and helpful. I have referred a couple of relatives and friends as well. This has been a part of my life and better wellness.

After 4 months of Cardio Muay Thai Kickboxing I have improved my blood.
I have high respect for Simon, he is a man with a warm soul, he does not make you feel as a source of income but rather as a human being willing to improve as a person, you can feel the passion he pours on his academy, the walls around the building proudly show the long history and respect he has for his trade.

I make my living by working as a renovator.
I have arthritis, which is probably job-related, or due to aging. Recently I cannot work because of my swollen wrist. The bone above my right wrist was almost doubled in size. This caused me great pain, especially when I tried to turn my wrist.
Last month I went to see a doctor, and was prescribed Indomethacin (50 mg capsules, 3 times per day, for 3 weeks). The medication did provide me some relief, but it had side effects (mainly stomach upset and nausea). Besides, most of the swollenness was still there.
Last Monday I decided to seek acupuncture as an alternative treatment. I found the name Dr. Ivy Pang from Google Search.
I have received 4 acupuncture treatments up till now (each session lasting about 80 minutes). So very glad that there are obvious great improvements – in fact I can now turn my wrist freely. Hope to start working sometime next week.
