I just received a gift by mail of a yarn bowl. It was carefully wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. It is beautiful. I told my daughter who ordered it for my birthday that I would have been thrilled with just the buttons. She told me that the buttons were added for free. Customer satisfaction guaranteed! I can’t wait to get started on my next project.

Washed my hair for free, almost exclusively used scissors rather than an electric shaver so no loud noise and IMO a better cut anyway, didn't complain when I had to get cash out of the ATM next door, and didn't mind talking to pass the time.
I also got one of the best haircuts I've ever had out of it, for the same price as I would have payed in the city for an assembly line, all shaver, in and out ASAP hack and slash.

Barb really knows how to cut hair. She does a great job and listens to my input --we all have our ideas about what we want, what bugs us, and I've never felt pressured to have my hair done any way other than what I want. Highly recommend.

My sister brought in my mother with dementia today. It was her first outing since we were forced to put her in a home. The two stylists who helped my mother were so incredibly kind that it brought my sister to tears. Without a big explanation, they just understood. They made my mothers ( thus the entire family's ) day a good one. Can't thank them enough.
