Let me tell you a story. I have been a loyal follower of Julie at Charisma for many years. Always getting a great cut and color as well as the perfect product for my not so perfect naturally curly hair!! As everyone knows the economy sucks right now. The joblessness has hit my home too. Trying to save $$ I've only gotten cuts on my last 2 appointments. Yesterday I went in for a cut and Julie said " Jodi what can I do for you? You need a color, I can't let you leave without a color. " So I offered to trade a service...maybe I can do a deep clean here for you guys. NOPE! !! I got my hair cut and colored. I paid the usual for my cut and Julie gave me the color job. This is OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I cannot Thank Julie or Charisma enough!!!! My hair looks amazing!! I have a handful of referral cards that I want to give out to show my extreme gratitude to this amazing business!!!

After a large tree blew over onto our house, Jeff and his crane operator scoped out the task of removing it with many obstacles around the area. Needless to say, they plucked it out and never even damaged a shingle! Thanks guys, you rock!!

The staff there are very caring and loving towards my pets. They were also kind and thoughtful towards me. They took the time to fit my pet in even though they were very busy. The vet even cared enough that she phoned me the next day to see how my pet was doing. Fantastic veterinary clinic.

Excellent service! I have trouble finding frames that fit my face and prescription and they went over and above searching and ordering in new frames for me until we found the right one.
