Good customer service doesn't begin to cover it. For many years we have been renting storage spaces at different locations and we never received a service like the one we got at MODULAR storage systems on Marion street. We have been impressed with Nickie and Virginia's courtesy, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was complicated, everything was possible (we changed our moving dates a few times) and they were helpful.
The storage is clean and security is great.

We are always grateful after he leaves. No muss no fuss just a fast solution. We live in an old house and sometimes he has to MacGyver a faucet that is too old to replace and so on. He has done such good work over the years he deserves a five star recommendation.

We would like to thank Dan for the amazing experience I had during the house inspection. The report was simple but well written in a manner that a common person like me was able to understand.
