We really enjoy working with Riverbend. They helped us with tile, carpet and countertops for a renovation and we used them again when we added carpet to our basement. Most rectly we used them again to install vinyl plank in our last renovated space. We found the service great, the quality of work excellent and the price for product was exactly the same as at Home Depot. We liked the local service and owner managed presence. Their pricing and customer service is great.

Excellent service, quality work, very positive people from Marcie at head office -Cochrane to all the employees, supervisors, managers and crew. Installation done on time, explained the added value troughing improvements they included. It was a real pleasure working with them.

I have used Randy's services twice. A year ago my garage door opener stopped working. The instructions to reactivate the new opener did not make sense. Randy got it working in minutes. Recently I got a particularly bad virus virus on my new computer. He was able to clean it up. He noted that my old computer CPU was running very hot and the speed was being throttled because with time the original thermal compound had degraded. He put in new fresh thermal paste and my old computer has life again.

The first thing I liked about the service was having a human voice answer my call not like other companies who have a messaging service. Kris the owner kept me informed of the time he was to arrive and was prompt and on time. He was courtesy, skilled and knowledge. Kris got the repairs done in short order and did a through clean up. He even offered to help me plan out a cabin fall blow out. I would highly recommend this company.

Riverstone Electric has helped us at Safe Home Radon Solutions by running power when we didn't have any for our Radon fans. Highly recommend to anyone needing any electrical done! Price is always fair and always on time!

Attending a business conference at the Rimrock, this was my first visit to the hotel but not my first stay in Banff. The location is superb - very close to the gondola and hot springs, and the most amazing views of the area. Loved the hotel itself, it is elegant and luxurious. The rooms are heavenly, they are even stocked (or were at the time) with Aveda bath and hair products. I await my next trip to Rimrock!
