I have been dealing with K02 for about 15 years now and I have never received anything but professional, friendly, respectful, warm and knowledgeable advice. Seliina sees hundreds, maybe 1,000s of clients a year, probably has to listen to the same concerns over and over yet she always retains her sense of humour and remembers its not old to the person she is serving.Nancy and the others behind the front desk are equally helpful and professional. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Staff was always on hand and usually made friendly visits while we worked in our locker, adding to the sense of good security. The premises were very clean and tidy and bright. The moving carts were a major convenience. We initially chose this company because of easy access to central Kingston. We would use this company again and are happy to recommend it.

Brayden Pumps was an excellent company to use, I was in an emergency state with house closing in 3 days and the well pump went, Brayden and his father were so very helpful and most certainly got the job done in good time and everything working in top form, they also did the cleanup of the yard from the well digging. We Shopped Kingston big box stores looking for a good quality patio umbrella and were disappointed with low quality and poor knowledge! GO see Mike at St. Lawrence Pools.. Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. Outstanding service!!
