My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Strong recommend.

My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. He kept in touch with me during every step, he was courteous, and was very mindful of not wasting my money..i can't say enough about the service from this company. ATB is a very good bank in my experience with banks in Alberta. They provide outstanding customer service. Recently had a complicated issue with ongoing mortgage and Solomon Oliver Kousha along with his manager have been able to resolve the issue I was dealing with and that was a great relief to me. I prefer having ATB as my main bank as opposed to other major banks. They really care about their customers. Thank you.

Dan you used to provide IT support for me at the corporate level. When I found out he had started his own business to support individual homeowners (and small businesses), I contacted him immediately to help my father debug his computer. Dan came up with a solution immediately.
Not only is he competent but he has a great personality making him somebody you want to deal with again.

My daughter has been a client of Dr. Liss for over a year and found the office staff to be very friendly. They have made braces very comfortable for her. Dr. Liss is great when working with my daughter. They should be off soon

Myself, my husband and our 3 kids went to a competitors bank branch in Airdrie with money in hand to open up savings accounts for each of my kids. Unfortunately, we were told that without an appointment, they couldn't help us out or open new account for us. We left, disappointed, and decided to drop by the Royal Bank branch on main street in Airdrie to see if they could fit us in. While they were extremely busy with many customers in line, a wonderful account manager came and helped us, fit us in right away, and spent an hour with us opening accounts for my kids. She even made the experience fun for them! I was totally impressed. We are transferring all our accounts to this branch. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Barbara Gardner went wayyy over and beyond.
This has always been a fantastic bank. Barb at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. All the staff are super and it's a friendly ambiance.
Anyway we needed to to a legal thingummy, I won't get into the details, but Ms Gardner helped us so much and we were all so impressed by her professionalism and help when we were in a tight spot. Many thanks Barbara!
