WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. They even went the extra mile and got warranty on defective part and the bill for labor was more than fair. I highly recommend this company to any one. Ken Beckner

Surprises when it comes to your foundation aren’t a good thing. We connected with Tim and he came and assessed the situation. He and his crew had to work against a tight timeline (as we were getting other work done). They were efficient, respectful and kept the work area clean, paying special attention to the garden area. We had a recent visit from Trillium to see the Filterqueen air system. Our friend recommended one of their reps Darren to also come and show us the demo they had. I was very surprised at how professional he was. We had a great experience, and are very happy with our new vacuum and air cleaner!
