First time experience at this store was absolutely amazing. I went there to have a custom made 22 carat Kara. Could not possibly be happier with the end result. the service was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Additionally the moral values held by the staff made me feel very comfortable, were on par with mine, and very much appreciated. Delivery was exactly as promised. Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.

Klassen Funeral Home helped us tremendously in a very sad time for our family. They were able to plan and organize the service quickly since most of the family was from out of town. They were very kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They responded to our texts and phone calls quickly and were always available to us.
