Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.

Very friendly sales guys, dealt with both Rob & Kyle and both were courteous, knowledgeable and non pushy before they passed us to Anya to look after our finance needs, she has a very personable approach like she knew us for years lol, got us a better interest rate than previous dealership we visited and got it done in one day, we asked if this is all possible in one day because of our situation and they delivered what was promised, I couldn't ask for more, thank you all for our new car ?

Richard sure was a pleasure to work with. His advanced knowledge of the products and expertise was a great, and got us the right mattress and at the right price. The St Thomas store had a vast display of mattress for us to try and with Richards help we made the best choice. The delivery was as described and the guys we also great and very helpful.
