I have recommended several of my friends and family to this denture clinic and no one has left unsatisfied. I honestly do not think I would go to another denture clinic in Hamilton. They always make me happy. My friends and family have told me that their dentures that they got here are far better than the ones they had paid a lot more at their dentist. Leaking refrigerator. RTC rep diagnosed likeliest cause by phone, explained simple repair if I was handy, offered to come in person within 3 days. I was able to fix it and the blocked defrost tube is still working perfectly many days later

Exceptional Customer Service.
We have 20 plus blinds which we purchased from this store over 20 years ago. I recently had a minor problem with one blind. I took this blind to the store looking for advice. The store took my blind and sent it out for repair, which was done at no charge and back to me in 4 days. This is outstanding Customer service !!!

I just came from my dentist appointment with Dr. Scott and his staff. I was very nervous as I had not been in in over a year due to circumstances. Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean.
