Oh Oh - came home to a house with no air. Called Hughes Plumbing about 4:45, they said they would see when they could get here but would try right away. Fifteen minutes later, two very nice young lads showed up and the air was back on by 5:30 P.M. I wish I had better adjectives to express my gratitude to the team at Hughes, but WOW

installed new furnace,,explained everything before and after,, to protect my floors they used mats, did a great clean up,, promptly got rid of old furnace,, very friendly answered all questions,, smaller company but dont let that fool you did a fantastic job very happy,, going to recommend to all my friends on and off facebook

I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!

In January of 2014, we hired GWB Heating & Cooling for an entire tear out of our hot water heating system and install a forced air system and central air. No small project! The all new ductwork was designed to meet the requirements and dimensions of the house and was expertly installed. We've hired them several more times to install a gas line for a new stove & dryer. We wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. Mike and Jeff are proffessional and personable guys that have us as lifetime customers and would highly reccommend them. Definitely a FIVE STAR COMPANY! this place gets E FOR EFFORT and I mean it! Gary is the hardest working, most honest gentleman I have ever dealt with. I can say this honestly as a former tradesman (8 years with local 675 drywall union). It is refreshing to deal with someone this knowledgeable and patient. Gary is also unbelievably skilled and efficient. We used the company when we were living in Brantford. He hooked up gas lines for two outdoor barbecues, plus a gas range.
We just moved to Hamilton. Gas line to outdoor barbecue, gas line to gas range, a sub panel for the circuit panel, correction of electrical hazards and finally installation of a range hood (required cutting a hole in the kitchen to the outdoors) were all performed . ONE contractor.
All work was meticulously and professionally performed with no shortcuts.

I needed a Furnace Filter Frame Insert made, Bayview Sheet Metal was recommended to me by a friend, I ordered the Frame Insert, a few days later my order was ready, the workmen ship was EXCELLENT, unfortunately I screwed up on the measurements, “my screwup”!, so I had Bayview make me a replacement, I was expecting to pay full price, when I went to pickup my Frame Insert they only charged me half price, I was shocked. My first experience with Bayview was second to none.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the heat Jeremy. We purchased a gas fireplace from Priority Mechanical in Ayr, last fall. During the winter we found the fireplace did not supply enough heat, so I contacted Jeremy, the Service Manager. He was at our door the next day and made suggestions and requested we contact him if not any better. In 4 days the problem remained . We contacted Jeremy again. He came the next day. replaced some parts and did the work himself after hours. Thanks Jeremy.Good job
