I am SO happy that Tim Hortons came to Oakbank. Now I can feed my coffee addiction 3 times a day! I rated their service "good" as it has gotten A LOT better from when it first opened four months ago, and continues to get quicker service times. The store front still needs a little work, but it has improved and looks like it will just continue to. The owners are always there, and are really friendly and accommodating. Thanks Tim Hortons!

I buy coffee every day from your location. Sometimes twice a day. Once a week I buy a sandwich. However, my complaint is the extra $.70. I have to pay for extra mayo. If you put enough mayo on it in the first place I would not get extra. But I swear you maybe put a drop of mayo on the sandwiches.

I have been buying large black coffee every morning since they opened, on Thursday Dec 17/20 I pickup up my coffee and brought it to my office to enjoy, when I took the lid off my coffee there was a 2 inch black hair in my coffee Yuk!!!!

Been going here on somewhat regular basis for nearly a decade. Have had the occasional odd issue as expected at _any_ fast food drive through.
Overall an excellent location with friendly service.
