As a person who is petified of going to the dentist, I am so relieved to have found Dr Steffens. I have had root canals, tooth pulled and fillings along with regular cleaning. She is very aware of her client’s needs, freezing and gas for me and it has made my visits pain free. Dr Steffens has a wonderful staff that have a way of making you feel at ease, Nelson’s music choices are always the best. You won’t be disappointed !!

I went to get the root canal done and they had home alone playing... and boy it was hard to concentrate keeping my mouth still. Also, if you have young kids beware as they will not wanna leave as they have ps3 and other games!

I cannot express our gratitude for the help, guidance and kindness we were shown by the office administrator today as she helped us navigate the complexities of the recently introduced CDCP programme. We had had a negative experience at another practice in Burlington so we contacted the Dental and Denture Office on a recommendation from a friend who is a patient at the practice and is extremely satisfied with their professionalism, skill and thoroughness of their dentistry. She was wonderful!

Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!

I have been training with Hypnosis Training Canada for 2+ years and it continues to pay off greatly. I highly recommend Zabi, who is absolutely amazing! He explained that my back knee actually originated from my overpronation. He takes the time to explains what he is doing. I have been to places in the past that push their products on you but Zabi did not push the grandma looking shoes in the clinic for me. In fact, he even recommended particular styles of Nike and Adidas. Definitely a cool doctor! I’ve been wearing my orthotics for 6 months, and have noticed a difference!

I highly recommend this denture clinic. Alex and his team; Jenny, Kelly, and Cindy treated me very kindly. I needed some emergency work done and Alex worked very hard to create a remarkable denture for me. He and his team actually worked over the weekend to complete this for me and although it's only temporary, the workmanship is amazing!! In 2000, we moved to Burlington. I made an inquiry at the Gardner Dental Group and soon made my first appointment. Our family grew. There have been emergencies - Dr. Gardner and his staff had our dental issues resolved quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with "Dr. Bruce", the dental assistants, the hygienists, and the administrative staff out front who do scheduling, reminder calls and emails, and payment processing. Well done!
