I cannot express our gratitude for the help, guidance and kindness we were shown by the office administrator today as she helped us navigate the complexities of the recently introduced CDCP programme. We had had a negative experience at another practice in Burlington so we contacted the Dental and Denture Office on a recommendation from a friend who is a patient at the practice and is extremely satisfied with their professionalism, skill and thoroughness of their dentistry. I have been a patient of Doctor Habteselassie since 2019. He is the best!! Always compassionate and answers all my questions and has suggested other treatments that he feels would help me with my pain and those treatments have 80% been successful. The staff are very nice always having a smile on their faces, very helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Habteselassie.
