The staff at Manitou Mainline Chrysler go above and beyond to give the best customer experience. The dealership itself is immaculate and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always professional, always super helpful. They've made the trade in process really simple and easy for us over the years and helped us out a number of times with flat tires, warranty work, oil changes, tonneau covers, bed liners, etc. Great financing rates - particularly on the brand new vehicles at much lower rates than competing brands. If you're looking for an auto repair shop where customer satisfaction is more important than maximising profit, this is the place for you. Owen will bend over backward to make sure you are satisfied with work done at his shop. With all of the television shows exposing unscrupulous dealings in the auto repair business, it's nice to find there are still some honest repair shops around. Strongly recommend!

I have dealt with wynyard napa since day 1 and have been very pleased with the high level of service that i receive, as well as the knowledgable staff that work there. The location is easy to find even for out of town customers with ample parking. The pricing is very competetive to big city prices which is great for a small town.
The best thing i like about napa is if they don,t have a part they can have it the next day with no extra cost to me. Keep up the great work!
