I have had the pleasure of dealing with this business for approx 5 years now. The owner/operator has been professional and personable. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. I would highly recommend this shop and owner for all repairs on all makes he feels he can do to ensure my and your satisfaction.

Yesterday in -45 I had to change out my tire to my donut tire. I drove to trailtire in spruce grove and they got me in a fixed up within a hour and still make it to work on time! Would 10/10 recommend ask for billy he gave wonderful customer service!

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

Five stars! I’ve been working with Claudio for the last two years to find the perfect vehicle. He never pressured me and was always available. Did a complete drivetrain swap on my 08 vortecmax (l76/4l70e-l92/6l80e) and ran into a module correlation issue couldn’t pinpoint the issue with my tools and my only choice was to start replacing modules decided to take it into a better equipped shop to have them pinpoint the issue for me I took the truck to two different shops/tuners before hand wasting cash/time, the truck was down for 8 months CCMR went above and beyond to help get it back on the road quickly very pleased with CCMRs knowledge

I took my increasingly unstable 2006 Murano in to them for a lot of work and new tires. What I received back drove like a brand new vehicle. All proposed work was itemized and explained in detail with a very fair price attached. The staff are some of the best I have encountered and I have no qualms in going back for any issues that may wander along in the future. Amazing service.
