I locked my keys in the trunk of my vehicle on Saturday July 30 around 11:30 am and called Chevy's roadside assistance. They sent me Joseph from Figliomeni and sons towing. Michael was very helpful with my problem as were the receptionists when I called on the status of my vehicle. My only hiccup was that Pinewood did not have my battery for my vehicle in stock and had to wait three days for the battery to arrive. Other than that very good service as my vehicle was a tow in.
