I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

Unlike any other dealership Ive visited! The new location in Grande Prairie is spectacular to say the least, extremely happy with the visit I had and purchasing a used truck from my sales man Tom D! I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.

Could not ask for better service. Even during peak busy fall work, he got my truck in and fixed the same day I got him the part. Dwayne runs a first class operation. Place is neat and clean, service is professional and competent and at about $100 an hour shop rate very fairly priced. They also charge reasonable hours for the work. Would highly recommend anyone wanting repairs done to go there. Would use them regularly if I lived anywhere near Spirit River.

Whenever I go to Cap-it the staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Between the excellent customer service, quality workmanship and knowledgeable staff I know I will always have a great experience. I enjoy their "can do" attitude and they always go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. I will continue to take my business to Cap-it and enjoy their great service, I know I am not their only customer but it sure feels good to be treated that way!
